Analyst, Inside Sales - Pharmaceutical Customer Sales Representative
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST

(9:30 AM - 6:00PM PST)

This position can function remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Customer Sales Representatives are accountable for driving pharmaceutical generic product sales to an assigned group of Independent Retail pharmacies.  You will create new business partnerships while supporting and strengthening relationships with the current customers.

Accountabilities

Develop rapport with pharmaceutical business partnersUtilize sales tools to construct a sales pitch and close on sales opportunitiesEffectively utilize value statements and business questioning to gain customer knowledgeDevelop and leverage market awarenessCollaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to develop and implement selling strategies to achieve budgeted goalsExecute on targeted sales campaignsAchieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales metricsMeet monthly productivity expectationsField incoming sales opportunitiesAdapt daily coverage assignments as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required1-2 years proven outside or inside sales experience preferredStrong process management, customer service, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsSelf-motivated to achieve goals

What is expected of you for success in this role

Demonstrate knowledge of Cardinal Health and pharmaceutical industry, including: key competitors, terminology, technology, challenges, reimbursement and demonstrates basic knowledge of customers’ unique business needs related to Cardinal Health offerings; demonstrates working knowledge of how Cardinal Health offerings match with a customers' unique business needsInitiate introductory customer calls with the objective of developing a long-term business relationshipMaximize customer relationships through timely routine contact with both new and existing customersSupport territory management model by effectively collaborating with assigned territory Sales RepresentativesEffectively negotiate and collaborate with customers and colleagues to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomesConsult with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems

Anticipated pay range: $20.00/hour +$23,400 Variable pay
