POSITION PURPOSE / SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position):
Reporting directly into the Sr. RES Manager, the IT Analyst supports SAP AFS/FMS modules by implementing, solving break/fix issues, and by providing design, development, and support knowledge of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows). Project management experience is required, including business requirements gathering/documentation and creation of functional design specifications.
Immediate focus is to support ASICS Mexico’s ERP system - SAP AFS - and work on outstanding requirements/projects.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (include titles of positions directly reporting to this position):

Interacts with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside vendors.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design technical solutions from functional design specifications. Supports SAP AFS/FMS modules by implementing, solving break/fix issues, and by providing design, development, and support knowledge of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows). Architect, Design and Build end-to-end integration and interfaces between SAP and other SAP and non-SAP Systems. Project management, including gathering documentation and creation of functional design specifications. Follow migration standards set by technical architecture team, including any required installation documentation. Undertake performance tuning and troubleshooting activities for the SAP applications.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Knowledge of SAP modules and understanding of ALE & HANA Demonstrate superior conceptual reasoning and discretionary judgment. Adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written including ability to conduct formal and informal presentations and workshops to all levels of management and all members of the IT organization. Possesses expert in depth technical development skills across many functional and technological areas and provide context to business requirements. Able to handle complex analytical tasks by working directly with business analysts to translate functional design into technical specifications. Solid understanding of the functionality and test data that will be required to Build/Unit Test/Assembly Test/System Test the customization. Strong knowledge of Internet protocols Knowledge of systems integration and interfaces Knowledge of PI monitoring, architecture, and development Skilled in analysis and documentation of system requirements, including interacting with users to understand business processes designing applications including interacting with other developers to meet those requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
3+ years demonstrated experience supporting SAP AFS by implementing, solving break/fix issues, and by providing design, development, and support knowledge of RICEFW objects. Demonstrated project management experience. Spanish professional proficiency is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in the fields of computer science or engineering, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
