Your new job:

The position involves the coordination and execution of all aspects related to the production of projects and/or assets requested by the marketing, media planning and programming teams, of the month's premieres and special projects. We work in an articulated manner with the creative, post-production and design team, ensuring the monitoring of processes and the delivery of projects according to the established dates, maintaining constant communication with the team's stakeholders. In addition, this person is in charge of the operational tasks assigned by his supervisor and is responsible for the flow of information between the different areas in charge of project development.

Job's responsibilities:

Upload and manage the production plan projects for requested multi-platform promotional elements in the system;

Manage the system and enter the necessary information for the correct production of parts and elements in charge;

Coordinate and monitor writers, editors, designers and vendors to ensure compliance with established deadlines;

Interact with key areas and clients to anticipate needs and requests;

Develop direct relationships with internal and external suppliers;

Request, distribute and track the material necessary for production, such as images from movies and series, songs, key arts, voiceovers, etc.;

Maintain direct and constant communication with the creative, media planning, programming and marketing team, to guarantee that all information is transmitted correctly at all times;

Deliver the finished and approved material to the different clients;

Create work orders and ensure compliance with delivery dates;

Coordinate billing, registration, receipt and delivery of materials with external suppliers;

Coordinate the flow of materials between design, post-production and ProTools areas;

Coordinate possible changes in programming and their implications on promotions and campaigns;

Coordinate and monitor Promosharing between regions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative positions or production roles;

Computer skills and use of Windows operating systems;

Intermediate English;

Knowledge of production and post-production processes;

Ability to work as a team;

Negotiation skills;

Excellent organizational and planning skills;

Ability to make decisions based on established criteria and priorities;

Ability to establish and maintain effective communications with various functional areas within the organization, as well as interact collaboratively with members of interdepartmental teams. This competency is essential to facilitate operational synergy between different units and ensure cohesive execution of assigned projects and tasks;

Ability to establish interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
