Responsibilities:
As a Service Logistics Coordinator, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize parts availability and work closely with other functional Logistics team members to identify requirements and to meet project deliverables deadlines. You need to be customer oriented as well as have good collaborations with internal and external stakeholders. Duties involve but are not limited to: Transact and maintain spare parts inventory to ensure inventory accuracy, shipment monitoring, inventory control, WMS / ERP system reconciliation, critical parts availability, B2B order management, and shipment of products via approved carriers. Successful candidate will be self-motivated, working with minimal day to day operational instruction. Key responsibilities include:
Manage spare parts order and work with related person on problems encountered to speed up order processing time.Ensure timely delivery of spare parts to requestor based on the required service level to meet customer’s satisfaction.Track and update delivery status and collaborate with cross functional department and supplier to resolve any issues that may arise.Work hand in hand with Service Team on parts returning to warehouse and ensure timely update in system.Check and solve system's issue related to spare parts order.Work closely with third party logistics on warehousing issue like quality, return labels problem, change from expenses to repairable type, etc.Update transactions in the SAP system accurately.Follow up part's delivery with CS, planning team after shortages are available.Resolve receiving discrepancies in a timely manner by working with 3PL and internal owners.Track and ensure 3PL/supplier timely update Proof of delivery in system.Coordinate and work with planning team and warehouse to close drop shipments.Check and submit approval for spare parts that need to be adjusted in system and process transaction in SAP.Assist procurement teams from different product divisions and GSS to expedite urgent requests for parts orders.Work with Global Logistics Analysts team to create and drive continuous improvement in data accuracy, reporting and metrics.Work with cross-functional teams as required to support Global Logistics and Corporate Goals and objectives.Other ad hoc logistics activities per assignment.Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.Working knowledge in SAP and 3PL Warehouse Management SystemsAbility to perform multiple actions across multiple regions.Strong data, computer and analytical/problem solving skills.Self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.Collaborative and team-oriented attitude, willing and excited to work with a global team.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Prior experience in logistics operations in freight, warehousing, courier modes, Inventory, SOX compliance and third-party return experience is desired.Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration or Material Management or equivalent experience in a Logistics environment.Minimum 2 years related industry experience in supply chain, inventory control or distribution and Logistics.Proficient in Excel, Access and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience in SAP or other ERP systems3PL management experience (if any).Import and Export Customs Knowledge is preferred.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
