Analyst, Master Data - Vendor

Lead for **Vendor Master Data Management (VMD)** managed service provider (MSP) oversight, support and services related to execution of processes related to Business Partner (BP) master data creation, maintenance, business unit and financial controllership related relationships in respect to vendors (excluding commercial). Other responsibilities include related project support and process improvement initiatives aligned with corporate strategic initiatives. Review of 1099/1042 reporting, forms, and mailings, retention of records, gathering of reporting information from various groups within P66.
**Responsibilites May Include:**
+ Oversight of VMD MSP operations performance and process quality.
+ Escalation resolution of issues, problems or process performance or quality defects.
+ Strategic project support for acquisition/divestiture or corporate structural realignments or system changes as directed by management.
+ Value creation opportunity identification and transformation of subprocess area.
+ Review audit results of SOX control reviews for vendor banking changes.
+ Oversight of master data cleanup and maintenance as required.
+ 1099/1042 annual reporting.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Legally authorized to work in job posting country
+ Bachelors Degree
+ Accounting/Finance experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Proficient in SAP
+ Experienced is SOX regulations
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 3 or more years of Accounts Payable expereince
+ Experience is VMD MSP operations
+ Experience in 1099/1042 reporting
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills in order to analyze a variety of issues to determine the appropriate course of action, initiate resolution and monitor to completion
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
+ Ability to handle detailed work within tight deadlines
+ Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
+ Systems aptitude
+ Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbal
+ Strong knowledge of, and commitment to, internal control procedures
+ Ability to work well in a team environment
+ Ability to identify, promote, and implement best practices and process improvements
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality
