**What you'll do** :
+ Working knowledge of state and federal laws or regulations including, but not limited to: TRID, ECOA, Fair Housing Act, HMDA, Fair Lending, State or Federal High Cost, RESPA, FCRA/FACTA, Privacy, UDAAP, SAFE.
+ Working knowledge of LOS systems e.g. Empower (preferably), Encompass, etc.
+ Advanced working knowledge of Excel
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL preferred
+ Intermediate analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
+ Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, audibly, and quickly
+ Ability to make decisions commensurate to level of responsibilities.
+ Ability to communicate factual information concisely.
+ Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology
+ Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule on short-term and long-term basis
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
