Analyze correlations between processes and performance numbers, and recommend solutions that address process gaps; Facilitate and manage the budgeting, forecasting and monthly reports submission processes; Monitor business performances regularly and generate performance reports to present to management; Complete analysis of financial and operational performance data (e.g. cost, service, speed) to identify key insights and opportunities to improve the end-to-end transportation network; Design, build, and apply visual tools based on partner requirements to help provide insights to our operational partners; Support capability development through success criteria tracking to ensure benefits are robust and mutually exclusive across business segments; Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic top-to-top discussions with both key internal and external partners; Create reporting and insights at scale that informs and influences business decisions; Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements; Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, and other end-user information portals and resources; and Provide detailed cost metrics to ensure the right carrier is being used in the right locations within our transportation network.
