Overview of Job Function:

Verint Systems, Inc. is looking for a Pricing Operations Analyst responsible for supporting business analytics and pricing operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and a collaborative team member. In this role, you will partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Legal, Sales Administration, Information Technology, Sales Operations, and Finance to help define and deliver Verint’s pricing strategy. This candidate should be hyper-focused on achieving the firm’s financial and business objectives in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for the new item creation process with IT and Finance. Maintain, communicate, test, and publish global pricing changes including various regional and partner price books and associated system changes. Produce pricing enablement content quarterly to keep both Sales and Auditors up to date on the latest pricing updates. Clearly document and communicate product offerings and capabilities. Participate in and lead ad hoc pricing projects.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 1 year experience in Pricing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Finance, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and Oracle Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects across global time zones Highly organized and detail-oriented  Ability to demonstrate empathetic listening, understanding and solutioning Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from qualitative and quantitative sources Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization Strong oral, written, and presentation skills Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations

Preferred Requirements:

Knowledge of B2B software industry dynamics
