The Position

Analyst, Procure to Pay Issue Resolution

Reporting to the Source-to-Settle (StS) Service Delivery Lead, the StS Issue Resolution Analyst will serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) responsible to own and manage resolution of business-critical incidents that could result in a negative outcome or experience for our Company, Founder, and Vendors. Our Company's StS process areas include Vendor Master Data, Purchase Order Management, Invoice Processing, Settlements, & Employee Expense Management.

The StS Issue Resolution Analysts are highly trained and skilled professionals, who are accountable to lead issues to resolution and quickly identify and remediate root causes. In addition, this role will work daily with our global BPO partners who execute StS services for Organon. Outstanding communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities:

Own it! Accountable to receive, respond, and resolve escalations, cases raised with critical priority or aged items related to the Source to Settle processes.Professionally and timely handle internal and external inquiries reducing overall resolution time at high end user satisfaction rate.Gather missing information from Organon Vendors and Founders preventing invoices to be posted or payments to be processed.Collect, manage, and facilitate the completion of both sensitive and confidential business documents and requests needed to support the StS Process.Proactively establish key relationships across the organization, allowing you to leverage a key network of stakeholders involved in the process.Partner with StS Teams create or enhance current StS case content, business rules, and knowledge management.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills   

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related to StS.Experience working with SAP (Valued: experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Coupa), Concur as an advantage, and deep understanding of key StS business processes.Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, or other case management software used in issue resolution.Demonstrated strong math, query, analytical and systems skills with demonstrated experience in data management, MS Office.Minimum 3 years of total experience in as many of the StS or Procurement process areas like Vendor Management, Catalog/Sourcing, Purchase Order Management, Invoice Processing, Settlements, & Employee Expense Management.Fluency in English.Demonstrated experience working in a shared service environment.Support our Founders internationally, including the ability to work flexible hours.Resilient, independent professional, able to work and thrive under pressure.Capable of working through ambiguity and ensuring key stakeholder satisfaction & process health.Resolves problems through critical thinking, stakeholder participation, and data analysis.Excellent communication skills & experience with international & diverse audiences.Experience working on regional or global teams.Demonstrated experience working in large teams collaboratively, including working with BPO partners.Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls.Ability to engage & manage in a remote work environment.Teamwork oriented with a focus on service and collaboration mind-set.

Required Experience and Skills:

Additional languages highly valued.Experience with Internal or External Audit valued.
