What You’ll Be Doing:
Position summary
Work with IT Quality Assurance (QA) Leadership to achieve company goalsAuthorship and maintenance of functional test casesCreation, and execution of test casesDefect Management to include defect creation, interacting with developers for clarification and resolutionParticipation in full SDLC as a member of a Scrum team attending daily standups and other required meetingsWork with the Systems Analysts and Developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality interfaceAssist on best practices for testingDevelop and execute test casesOther duties as assignedEssential functions
3-6 years Quality Assurance experienceExperience with various EDI transactions - 835,837, 834, 820, 276/277, 270/271, 999/997Experience with EDI translator tools (Edifecs)Experience with data loading, verifying and troubleshooting various file formatsComfortable with SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, Access)Basic data manipulation/creation skillsHealthcare experience – preferably TPA experienceAbility to effectively work with internal and external team membersExcellent communication skillsMandatory skill set (Maximum 5)
