Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Benefits
Location: Orrville, OH
Work Arrangements: hybrid, 30% in office expectation
In this role you will:
Support Defined Benefits (DB) administration
Prepare pension and incoming pension related paperwork
Process participant changes to pensions (direct deposit, tax withholding, address)
Administer non-qualified Defined Benefits (DB) plans
Process monthly contributions for multiemployer plans
Approve benefit events in Workday HR software system
Support census reports & government filings
Address help cases submitted by employees
Monitor address and death search vendor results and updating all systems accordingly

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years experience in pension administration
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to personal information
