Job Summary:
The Risk Analytics and Data Services (RADS) team drives value creation through data solutions, advanced analytics and innovative technologies. The Risk Data Management vertical within RADS focuses on data delivery solutions supporting regulatory disclosures across corporate functions, including but not limited to Treasury, Controllers, Credit Risk and Compliance.  Interaction with internal and external auditors is required to substantiate the completeness and accuracy of the data deliverables. The Risk Data Management team is responsible for ensuring the end to end sourcing, integration, application delivery and data integrity for financial, non-financial and compliance data consumers.

Job Duties
1. Identify and remediate critical enterprise data issues across multiple product offerings by performing complex data profiling, data/business analysis and conducting data mapping as part of root cause/impact analysis
2. Provides analytical or risk measurement support to help meet both internal corporate and regulatory requirements
3. Supports development of comprehensive documentation and testing of risk management framework
4. Ensure reporting, escalation, and remediation of issues, deficiencies, or regulatory matters to committees and appropriate business management
5. Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure requirements are captured adequately and solutions implemented accurately satisfying business needs
6. Primarily involved in creating complex data sets using SQL, data profiling, analysing and interpreting data that help provide insight to drive business decisions
7. Develop dashboard and create ad-hoc reporting as needed using self-service tools like Power BI, Incorta, etc
8. Perform data analysis to support business decision making process using any Data visualization tools.

Qualification
A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required; MBA, Advanced degree in related field (Computer Science, math, statistics, economics) or equivalent career experience preferred. Related Industry qualification is preferred.

Skills Required    
1. Experience in Risk Management (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational, Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Counterparty Data) in a Banking/Financial Services industry demonstrated through a combination of education or work experience
2. Experience in Enterprise Data Management and Analytics preferred
3. Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. SQL, PowerBI, tableau, Advanced Excel) is mandatory
4. Fundamental knowledge of the US Regulatory reporting framework 
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically the ability to articulate complex data challenges and solutions to internal/external stakeholders
6. Expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
