Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst, Sales Operations to join our team. This role involves creating and maintaining customer and product master data, managing shared email inboxes, analyzing claims and data, performing data validation, and collaborating with various business operation teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be adept at managing large datasets.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain customer master data and product master data in relevant systems ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.Manage the team's shared email inbox, responding to inquiries and directing communications appropriately.Analyze various claims and customer master data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Perform data validation and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity and reliability of data.Collaborate with other Business Operation teams to support data management processes and claims processing.Work closely with internal and external business partners to facilitate effective data exchange and resolution of issues.Assist in pricing load processes ensuring accurate implementation of pricing changes in the systems.Manage and analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency in claim processing, data management, and project support.Act as master data subject matter expert, researching and resolving master data issues. Identify areas for data quality gaps and help resolve data quality through error detection, correction processes, control, and improvement or process design strategies.Perform comprehensive data validation and quality checks on incoming and outgoing data.Conduct root-cause analysis of data issues and develop corrective measures to resolve them.Communicate effectively and efficiently across multiple teams and work groups.Perform data audits to identify problem areas and implement strategies to optimize data integrity and timeliness.Standardize and cleanse raw data using predefined rules, as well as establish new rules as needed.Perform analytical research to identify and resolve data issues affecting datasets needed in the project.Identify the nature of data issues and develop solutions to resolve them.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Essential Skills3+ years of analysis experience.3+ years of Excel experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsWorking knowledge of Vistex, EDI, and PowerBi.Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2+ years of SAP experience.Work Environment
Fully remote opportunity, offering a 12+ month contract with the possibility of extension. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a well-known company.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
