Position Summary The role of Analyst, Sales Support will sit within the Commercial function of our Global Professional Battery Division. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Support Global Professional. It is a global commercial team spanning APAC, EMEA and Americas. The position will be responsible for providing analysis, insights, and business decision support to the Commercial team. You will provide ongoing operational support to the Commercial Team, building relationships internally with Commercial, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain. Responsibilities Use a combination of analytical and communication skills to develop recommendations, influence commercial decisions, and govern related processes Deliver systems & process improvements through collaboration and engagement with the commercial team and other functions. Work collaboratively with Demand Planning teams and Commercial to review product planning and availability. SPOC (Sales Support team work as Single Point of Contract) for various departments such as Legal and Regulatory Conduct research into specific industry categories (eg asset trackers, personal grooming) to help identify potential opportunities, understand the size of the market and the key players in the industry Provide customer level sales reports for the Commercial Team Run market/sales analysis, working with external market data where relevant, to understand and detect market trends and competition movements Responsible for the maintenance of the Training Academy and provide training support to Commercial team Responsible for the maintenance of the Contract Database Manage CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), supporting Commercial team, carrying out weekly audits / analysis on data, building dashboards and maintaining system integrity Manage access / assign licences to the Commercial team in respect of the utilized sales platforms, run reports on usage and support with any training / integration with other software Organization, planning and support for KAMs (Key Account Managers) regarding small regional Trade Shows and associated materials Support the Commercial team with any administrative duties and mailing programs as required Support the commercial team in the preparation for customer meetings (e.g., preparing presentations) and taking part in customer meetings on request Develop, automate, monitor, and report metrics on volumes, net sales, gross margin, and ASPs. Supporting with any global account contract price changes, carrying out pricing audits and flagging any system issues Share best practices across the Commercial Team Participate in Ad Hoc projects as required What we are looking for Required Skills and Experience Educated to a minimum of “A level” or equivalent to include English/other languages & Mathematics Highly developed IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel & PowerPoint) Strong analytical ability with a passion for numbers, problem-solving and must demonstrate good attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment, delivering quality output while adhering to tight deadlines Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative Flexible and responsive working style Preferred Skills and Experience Admin, Finance and/or Sales experience Experience & knowledge of the SAP ERP system Experience & knowledge of CRM system Experience of working within a similar business environment – FMCG Commercial Acumen Come join us!
