Analyst, Security & Safety
What You Will Do:

Gannett Fleming TranSystems' Security and Safety Practice provides technical and executive advice, and program support to help our clients mitigate risks to the public, their personnel, and their property. Through security and safety analysis, planning, design, certification, and oversight solutions we help our clients protect the people and assets important to their mission and that support our nation’s economy.

 

Our Security and Safety team is looking for a dynamic Analyst to work remotely anywhere in the U.S.

 

As an Analyst, you will provide project assistance for emergency preparedness, security, safety, regulation compliance, and strategic communication projects; experience or an interest in these areas is preferred.  Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn and an interest in mitigation strategies to help our clients effectively manage both manmade and natural risks.

 

Responsibilities will include:

Assist with the research and analysis of technical documents to better understand a client’s infrastructure, policies, and procedures.Perform routine data analysis to assist with safety, security, emergency planning, and regulatory compliance projects.Assist and help manage various database systems, tools, and applications used for program management process, incident response, hazard identification, incident reporting, and real-time response. Assist in planning project resources, creating and monitoring budgets, and preparing reports for stakeholders.Prepare and coordinate contracts, fee proposals, subcontracts, and invoicing with project teams, clients, and suppliers.Assist with technical writing of detailed reports, policies, plans, procedures, and visual presentations.Assist in financial data review, including analysis, accounts coordination, and revenue tracking.Assist with trend analysis, preparing reports, and conducting training on the various program digital tools.  Create detailed notetaking during client meetings to provide summaries to project managers and clients.Assistance in the execution and facilitation of in-person and virtual client meetings.Actively problem-solve and develop creative solutions to meet team and client needs in an ever-changing world.Education | Experience:Bachelor's degree required.Three (3) years of related work experience, preferably with project coordination and analytical focus.Demonstrated ability to work simultaneously on multiple project assignments.Strong written and verbal communication skills is necessary.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Travel to work sites may be required.Professional certification from a recognized project management, emergency management, safety, security, or cyber security organization is desired.Company Overview:
