This role presents a great opportunity for someone with creative and analytical thinking to learn about the many facets of our business and help develop scalable solutions. This role requires you to be onsite four days a week at head quarters in Raleigh, NC and work remote one day a week.  Responsibilities:Transform data into information, information into insights and insights into value creationThrough ongoing tools development, quantitative analysis, KPIs and insights generation, inform business decisions and improvement priorities which maximize value creationBuild and maintain various analysis and reporting tools /dashboards, processes, models and systems Conduct strategic analysis of supply chain and operational performance to identify value at a stakeSupport multiple large and complex, strategic in nature projects that have a high degree of scope and risk, on time and within budgetBuild and maintain strong relationships across the organization, including internal customers and peers Support other strategic initiatives, projects and questions as assigned by The CompanyPerform all activities in accordance with the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values, and in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures and Code of Ethical Business ConductQualifications and skills:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related STEM field required2+ years of experience in a data-driven business environment performing financial and business analysis required.Advanced excel and power point skills requiredExperience manipulating data sets utilizing analytical tools (SQL, Alteryx etc) and developing Tableau dashboards preferredAbility to multi-task, support multiple customers/assignments and adapt in a dynamic environment.Excellent quantitative, analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environmentAbility to travel up to 10% of the time
