Job DescriptionVisa’s Early Careers Talent Acquisition team is seeking an Analyst, Early Careers Talent Acquisition to join our diverse team of industry leading recruiters. The Analyst, Talent Acquisition will successfully collaborate with hiring team(s) and will play an essential role in driving overall company growth. As a part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you are on the front line of attracting industry talent that will impact the greater global organization. This role will perform full-lifecycle recruiting, while being a strategic partner in support of Visa’s business functions.
Candidates should be a seasoned recruiting/HR professional capable of leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for intern and New College Graduate roles for a wide range of Visa business units. Candidates are encouraged to be consultative with an ability to align TA delivery with HR and business strategy and needs.
The individual will own, drive and deliver as well as collaborate on regional or global projects and initiatives that impact Talent Acquisition and HR quality and delivery. This position will report into the Manager, Early Careers Talent Acquisition and collaborate with teammates across the sourcing, recruiting and programs functions. The role will partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams on all talent acquisition related activity.
Essential Functions
Serves as a trusted talent acquisition partner by advising hiring team on talent demand, industry trends, and market intelligence forecast for talent in the development of staffing strategiesImplement impactful recruitment campaigns to attract and select the very best talent with a focus on candidate experience – including management of the recruitment process from resume screen to offer closeHost successful strategy meetings with hiring team(s)Partners successfully with cross-functional TA (Talent Acquisition) Teams to include, but not limited to our Sourcing, Coordinating, Onboarding, DE&I, and Compensation teamsAttracts top industry talent into the organization while acting as a Visa’s culture ambassadorSource and screen applicants to provide a selection of qualified talent to the hiring team, as well as manage candidate dispositioning and regular requisition maintenanceContinuous interaction with hiring teams and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experienceDrives best-in-class recruitment process to help achieve key staffing metrics, to include Time to Fill and Time to StartAdministers and executes candidate onboarding processProgram site lead for various Early Careers programs, including but not limited to Internship Program, New Hire Development Programs and Apprenticeship Programs. Responsibilities may include event management, vendor identification, securing professional attendance and office coordination.Participates in Special projects as assigned, such as review and propose social media strategies, data management and analytics and brandingPrioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environmentAble to work in a remote and/or hybrid work environmentVarious travel and after-hours commitment to campus events, Early Careers program events and/or team events required: 10-15% of the timeThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 102,600.00 to 145,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
