Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years experience in Treasury or Global Markets of a financial institution.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Certified Treasury Professionals preferred but not required.Competent in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Alteryx or Tableau is an advantage but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Support: Provide support for Global Markets' initiatives in several projects, which includes assisting in the project facilitation and management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Performance Analysis: Review differences between actual results and projections as well as the Bank's Business Plan.Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.ALM Support: Provide support to the ALM desk's daily work such as helping with the liquidity management, assist reviewing pricing strategies, helping compute liquidity ratios.Reporting: Prepare and present required reports by the Planning and ALM desk for submission to the regional office and other relevant stakeholders.
