JLL is currently seeking an individual to join our Value and Risk Advisory team in Toronto, at an Analyst level. This high performance and dynamic team is expanding on its professional services team, in coordination with overall growth plans within JLL Canada, and globally.

With local professionals in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and Alberta, our Canadian team is a ‘Best-in-Class’ national valuation platform, servicing the needs of many of the nation’s largest Pension Funds, REITs, Asset Managers and major Institutions. At this time, the group focuses on valuation assignments of ‘Core 4’ real estate assets (Retail, Office, Industrial and Residential), with some localized specialization in multi-family, seniors housing, and hotel properties.
We are currently seeking an individual for the role of Analyst to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to the growing team. This role would report directly to Danny Su, P.App., AACI – a senior leader who specializes in retail and industrial valuation across Ontario – but with the opportunity to interact and work with professionals across the country. This position aims to provide a wide variety of support services to the local team, and the successful candidate will be strong at, and enjoy working with numbers, possess strong writing skills, be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
This role requires being in the Toronto office a min of 3 days/week. It is preferable to have driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for inspections.

Post-secondary education in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Economics, Urban Planning, or Urban Geography is an asset1-2 years full-time professional experience in the commercial real estate sector is an assetDemonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to: MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Adobe Professional, X, or StandardExposure to Real estate software, such as: ARGUS Enterprise, is a definite assetKnowledge of key themes impacting capital markets and investment real estateExcellent verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAble to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environmentOperate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to StakeholdersDetail oriented with strong analytical skillsAbility to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with othersMust be proactive and take initiativeMust be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervisionWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
