We are seeking a Wellbeing Analyst to join our fast-paced Yum! Total Rewards team. This role will handle all day to day wellbeing program operations which serve as a center of excellence for all US brands and divisions, supporting all above-store employees and US company owned restaurants.

Salary Range: $70,400-82,900 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities: 

Support in management of day to day vendor operations & act as liaison between all stakeholders including manager, employees, and vendors to drive strong program execution Respond to employee questions and provide guidance on how to access wellbeing benefits & resources Communicate and promote programs (across benefits) including assisting with implementation of new initiatives Manage budget process & monitor spend across all brands Conduct programs analysis – (metrics, insights, reporting) – monitor wellbeing programs, analyze utilization and engagement to inform continuous improvement Oversee on-site & remote (virtual) wellbeing needs (fitness classes, gym oversight, health screenings, blood drives, vaccines, etc) and other events planning initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

3 or more years preferred experience in corporate health promotion design OR overall HR and/or healthcare experience Bachelor’s degree required  Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation  Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills; attention to detail and proven ability to manage set timelines High proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft 365 a plus Wellbeing certification preferred
