We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. **Summary:** Production scheduling design and implementation for PCW business and support of production batch tools and functions. **Description of Primary Responsibilities** + Control-M Scheduling in Distributed and Mainframe environments + Responsibilities and core functions: + Perform Control-M Job scheduling tasks + Build permanent scheduling definitions, including calendars, resources, variables, events, etc. + Create/Modify/Delete Jobs and Schedules in the scheduler + Daily password resets for Offhours Password Service + Assist teammates as needed and cross-train + Assist with DR and Audit tasks + Participate in on-call + Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of production workflow issues - provide Second level support for production batch problem resolution Full time, salaried position, working Eastern time zone business hours **Required/Minimum Qualifications** 0-2 years experience Control-M job scheduling 0-2 years experience in a production support, production control, or IT operations role 0-2 years with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) **Preferred Qualifications** Experience implementing solutions in cloud computing environments (Microsoft Azure/GCP/AWS) Experience using ServiceNow for change management, Incident, Problem, and Work request Working knowledge of: + Network protocols: TCP/IP, Telnet, SSH, SFTP + OS: UNIX, Windows, Linux + Network services (DNS, DHCP) Careful attention to detail Customer Service mindset **Education** Bachelors degree or equivalent experience **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $49.08 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
