Analyst – Financial Reporting Location: Denver, CO Duration: 18 months Description: Description/Comment: Support back office functions including preparing the semi-annual and annual financial reporting reports. Additional Job Details: Completes established financial reporting deliverables as directed for all reporting cycles Helps establish departmental policies, procedures and timelines needed to complete financial reporting deliverables. Performing activities related to other financial reporting deliverables such as regulatory filings and Fund disclosures. Responsibilities: Prepare mutual fund shareholder annual and semi-annual reports. Prepares, edits, and maintains all financial reporting schedules such as Fund Financial Statement, Schedule of Investment and Tailored Shareholding Reporting. Help prepare other financial reporting deliverables Including Form N-MFP3, Form PF, Form CPO-PQR, 24f-2 SEC regulatory filings, Prospectus and SAI information. Researches and resolves moderately complex problems Support team in all aspects of the above deliverables. Develop and maintain procedures for all team deliverables. Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. Comprehensive accounting knowledge. Must be detail orientated and highly analytical. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in mutual fund accounting or reporting preferred. Ability to comprehend and utilize complex procedures with minimal guidance. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Advanced Excel and Word knowledge, Outlook a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
