The Elevate Program is moving the University of Maryland Fearlessly Forward leading the transition from legacy mainframe student systems to the next generation of administrative computingWe are seeking a dynamic highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Workday Analyst for the Student Admissions domain The incumbent will support all aspects of the Admissions Workstream as part of the Elevate Programs Workday Student implementation This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team shaping the future of admissions at the University of MarylandThe incumbent will 1 support the design configuration testing and adoption of the Workday Student system for the respective domain area 2 provide overall coordination including across functional areas and within Elevate to include program deadlines and deliverables eg decision documentation progress reports This role will be one of multiple Workday Analysts reporting directly to the Student Product Owner in the Division of Information Technology DIT This is a full time permanent position with the ERP team in DIT Following implementation of Workday Student the incumbent will transition to a production support role responsible for ongoing management of Admissions functionality in Workday This position is considered an essential position and may be required to work at the normal work location or an alternative location during a major catastrophic event weather emergency or other operational emergencies to help maintain continuity of University services
