**Responsibilities:**
+ **Executive Support** : Serve as a gatekeeper, managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing CEO requests. Demonstrate strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and decline non-critical requests.
+ **Calendar Management** : Efficiently manage a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
+ **Communication** : Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
+ **Administrative Support** : Handle expense reports, coordinate travel arrangements (including flights, hotels, and transportation), and manage confidential information with utmost discretion.
+ **Financial Support** : Process bank-related payments and expenses including related to home staff, in collaboration with other departments.
+ **Event Coordination** : Support client entertainment initiatives including managing event/venue bookings, arranging invitations, preparing logistics, and resolving issues.
**Requirements:**
+ Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution.
+ Strong self-motivated person who can work under minimal supervision with professional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. Additional experience in related fields will be considered as an advantage. We welcome applicants with a strong desire to learn and excel in administrative duties.
