The Systems and Data Analyst plays a crucial role in transforming complex academic and administrative systems into user friendly web applications for use by Education Abroad stakeholders This position supports maintains and updates the Education Abroad EA website as well as manages the program database and application system The Systems and Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the relationship with software vendors as well as managing troubleshooting and escalation processes to ensure timely resolution to system issues They will also create documentation and internal training to ensure EA staff and key stakeholders can optimize systems The Systems and Data Analyst is also responsible for compiling analyzing synthetizing data and creating data visualization for internal and external stakeholders The position requires the ability to set priorities among competing demands to recognize potential problems and to find solutions through both timely consultation and independent actionThis position reports to the Assistant Director for Operations
