Essential Responsibilities:
Scope of this position spans across mostly larger-size healthcare institutions and industry partners, with whom GEHC collaborates to deliver desired healthcare outcomes. Building up meaningful customer dialogues, clearly articulating means-to-outcome design, and delivering effective data to workflow integration are key to success as resulting in new growth and increased customer preferability of GEHC Japan as business partner.
Essential responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Implements data integration (by self or in collaboration of 3rd party) and develops analytical outputs, in collaboration with engagement project managers and by conducting customer dialogues and taking feedback from more experienced colleagues.Liaises between customers / collaborators and GEHC global and local teams to lead new solution development plans, including pilot design and issue-solving actions (e.g., various platform-enabled solutions).Collaborates with product managers to and technical support/engineering staff of Service department and other teams to ensure quality delivery including appropriate planning, documentation and post-implementation solution sustainability. Develops and delivers HCS-enabling solutions such as MSA-associated service applications, Dose Watch, APM (Asset Performance Management)/ CPM (Clinical Performance Management), Capacity Command Center, Open-Connect VNA (Vendor Neutral Archive), and other relevant offerings.Qualifications/Requirements:
Combined 3+ years of successful system delivery, customer support or project management experienceFamiliarity with data analytics and AI/ML/DL or BI tools implementationAbility (learnable) to utilize cloud environments (AWS/ Azure/ Oracle, etc.) and deploy data integration SQL’s and application development tools (Java/APEX, etc.)Open mindset to respectfully considering diverse viewpoints and trying new thinking stylesInterpersonal skills to engage mutually beneficial dialogues with clients and colleagues alikeCapability of clear and concise written and verbal communication in both Japanese and EnglishStrongly compliance drivenWillingness and ability to travel (domestic and international)Desired Characteristics / Preferred Qualifications:
