Senior Customs Analyst - Production Control & Logistics

Roles and Responsibilities :

Responsible for Cargo check-list approvals of Air, Sea shipments on timeFollow-up's for check-list from CHA to file the BOE on timeResponsibility for cross check the duty base amount for assessed BOE & CL, Interest Penalty(if any) before submission.Cross examine the receiving window for job numbers, other entries, data accuracy, especially for duplicate Invoice detectionCo-ordination with finance for CHA payment on time for submitted InvoicesFollow-up with CHA for Invoice submission of service billsMaintaining the excel sheet, generated from TMS for manual calculation against FTA availing shipments. Maintaining monthly recordsPreparation of demurrage chronology, find the reasons and debit to supplier, forwarder, CHA accordingly. Approval from managementSanand consignments , volume overview, License utilization, Savings amount submission &  published the report to ManagementFollow-up's with each CHA for No-dues certificate issuancePreparation of Landing Factor data and submission to management

Education and Qualification :

MBAMinimum 3 years of experienceGood Knowledge of MS Office.Documentation and procedure of export and import, communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skill.
