Description We are seeking a Sr. Analyst for a healthcare consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing financial due diligence and advisory services, developing financial models, and contributing to strategic consulting engagements. Responsibilities: • Provide financial due diligence assistance and advisory services to a range of clients, including publicly traded healthcare companies, large health systems, private equity investors, and investment banks. • Develop and utilize financial models to analyze company data, identifying historical and projected financial and operational trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential liabilities. • Engage in direct communication with management at target companies to effectively assess and relay the company’s quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows. • Compile comprehensive quality of earnings reports and accompanying schedules. • Contribute to various healthcare engagements, including business and securities valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic consulting. • Exhibit a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting to resolve issues in technical accounting areas. • Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and generating data-driven insights. • Maintain a results-oriented approach, developing creative solutions to resolve complex problems with great attention to detail. • Demonstrate a high level of motivation and ambition, contributing to our rapidly growing Financial Due Diligence service line. • Travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Analyst role within the Healthcare/NHS industry • Previous experience in a Big 4 Accounting Firm is highly desirable • CPA license is required • Advanced skills in Business Valuation techniques and strategies • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software • Must be willing to continually update knowledge and skills in a rapidly evolving industry.
