Key Responsibilities:

The Analyst – Talent Acquisition Technology is responsible for supporting all recruiting systems, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with United’s overall global talent strategy. The analyst applies technical knowledge and skills to support the recruitment technology systems, which include Taleo, Phenom, PeopleSoft and others. Must diagnose organizational needs and propose solutions to develop and deploy system enhancements across the Talent Acquisition technical stack.

Highlights any areas of improvement as well as proposes solutions for these issues with system functionality. Resolves system issues, errors or failures with the known trouble shooting mechanisms. Functions as a liaison between Talent Acquisition and HR Digital Technology to diagnose and translate issues. Participates in the implementation of new recruiting applications, system conversions and upgrades under leadership guidance. Leads user acceptance testing for Talent Acquisition recruiting systems enhancements including identifying defects and driving to resolution with HR Digital Technology. Assists in analyzing change requests and upgrades to recruiting applications, processes, and systems to support compliance with new technology solutions or legislative requirements
