Description : **The candidate will need to come onsite the first day to collect equipment.** **All candidates must be local to the Triangle region of North Carolina, and posting may require up to 1-2 days per week in a Triangle area office for meetings.** NCDIT-T Web Systems is seeking a QA Analyst to join our team of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and web developers. This staffer will assist in testing web applications for SharePoint solutions M365 integrations to ensure functionality, usability, and web accessibility. Theyll also assist in basic troubleshooting for end-users. Theyll create and execute test cases, document results, and report defects while collaborating with developers to validate fixes. Additionally, theyll assist in analyzing business requirements to refine testing strategies and ensure alignment with user needs. Responsibilities include documenting test plans, tracking issues, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing feedback to improve system functionality. You will also help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation (especially in dashboards and their connected systems) to support end users.
