**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:**
Oversees the Quality Assurance of accurate data by generating monthly field audit reports to gauge construction quality and to ensure design standards and configuration management principles are being followed.
**JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Maximo, and Power BI to produce metrics/analyze data
+ Ability to navigate and compile printed maps in the AMFM GIS (Distribution GIS) – possibly mention any Transmission specific programs like the Transmission Asset Viewer.
+ Build and maintain an active Work Order/Project list of all construction activities.
+ Establish collection tool and database to be use during quality assurance audits.
+ Analyze database information and provide reports from quality assurance audits and configuration management data.
+ Support a change management process beyond the reporting to assist with corrective actions.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
**Minimum Education:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
+ **Desired** : Master's Degree.
**Minimum Experience:**
+ Analyst I: 0 - 2 years of professional experience
+ Analyst II: 2 - 4 years of professional experience
+ Analyst III: 4 - 6 years of professional experience
+ Analyst Sr: 6+ years professional experience
+ **Preferred** : 3+ years of operational experience (operating & maintaining electric utility facilities), including previous experience in GIS or a drafting background.
**Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
+ Employee will work closely with co-workers and may require direct supervision to complete tasks or assignments.
+ Good creative thinking that allows employee to understand data requests and have the ability to implement that information into a graphical system.
+ Good organizational skills required with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
+ Good computer knowledge regarding Entergy's core software package, mapping software (GE Smallworld GIS), DIS, CCS & other Entergy applications.
+ Working knowledge of the electric distribution system.
+ Above average computer skills.
+ Working knowledge of GE Smallworld, Data Maintenance, Outage Management, DFM and DIS computer systems and power distribution systems.
+ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and construction work descriptions.
+ Ability to read and understand maps and mapping techniques.
+ Must be able to work with other personnel, departments, and organizations as part of a team to provide high customer satisfaction.
+ Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
