About the Position
Works closely with key business stakeholders, portfolio managers, and subject matter experts to understand the drivers for business change and enables strategic business goals and objectives through the use of technology. Builds strong relationships within the operating company and assists in the elicitation, analysis, and realization of critical business needs.

8+ years experience developing Business Requirements or equivalent experience5+ years experience in business process analysis or management, data analysis, workflow analysisDesire to understand the business needs and functionsCustomer service outlook to ensure the products delivered meet the business needsVerbal/written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of business and IT executives, managers, and subject matter expertsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to engage the business customer, gathering, writing their requirements, and communicating business concepts to technical audiencesExperience with business process modeling techniques and developing process & flow diagramsAble to analyze current state of business and engage in business process improvement and reengineeringCombines technical competence with business and commercial awarenessAbility to prepare templates, charts, diagrams, workflows, and visual media for targeted audiences in support of business requirements gathering and other key business commsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong technical writing skillsFamiliar with the project delivery lifecycleHigh proficiency level in MS-Visio, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPointAble to work in a cross functional mannerAnticipate problems and identifies long term implications of decision and actionsAbility to express complex technical concepts in business termsBachelor degree in Managed Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
