Capstone Partners is seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst to assist in the research and production of outbound market intelligence content. This individual will track merger and acquisition (M&A) activity across a variety of sectors. The reports are essential to Capstone’s business development and brand recognition and are used by thousands of business owners, alliance partners, private equity groups, and news outlets as a valuable source of M&A information. The Analyst’s core responsibility will be to work closely with the firm’s Managing Directors and Directors to write reports and articles for their outbound business development efforts. Additional responsibilities include collecting data for the Quarterly Middle Market M&A Update, copy editing team content, supporting on proprietary research reports, and assisting senior members of the Market Intelligence team on research projects. Applicants should have relevant experience or coursework in financial writing and must have graduated with a four-year degree in an applicable major, preferably Economics, Finance, English, or Business.
