We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Products team at Mercer Career Business. This role will be based in Shanghai, China. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role will be acting as team member to join project team of the total remuneration surveys for certain industries or cities. Building strong client relationships and selling survey reports to clients are essential to the role. The incumbent will also support compensation or benefits related consulting projects.
We will count on you to:
· With guidance and direction from more experienced members of the team, provide support about survey projects on:
- Conducting job matching
- Collecting and verifying data from clients
- Generating reports for clients
- Other customer support as required
· Establish connections with the clients’ HR specialists/supervisors to build up the channel of information exchange.
· With guidance and directions from more experienced members of the team, explain survey findings by drawing conclusions from data collected from clients. This requires the incumbent to be familiar with operational processes applied in survey projects to ensure consistency in the approach.
· As a project team member, participate in consulting projects by providing analytical support.
What you need to have:
· Bachelor degree required
· Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn
· Good sales skills or strong potential
· Commitment to high quality and timely delivery
· Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Willingness to travel to different cities
