The Channel Partner Program Analyst will drive the expansion of the Target.com catalog by growing the matrix of sellers on Target Plus via Channel Partner Program. He will work closely with Category Management, Partner Acquisition, On-boarding and Operations, and Item to ensure all partners added meet or exceed expectations of what it means to be a Partner selling goods on Target Plus. He will also work closely with our Global team and external channel partners to share insights and do responsible Sourcing to ensure that our partners meet Target’s standards and are competitive within the evolving landscape of online marketplaces. The Analyst, Channel Partner Program is responsible for analyzing our channel partners, leads submitted from them and bringing in process efficiencies for our Channel Partner program.
As the Channel Partner Analyst, your mission will be to:
+ **Sourcing Strategy:** E2E managing healthy portfolio of channel partnerships that allow Target Plus to meet and/or exceed short and long-term business strategies.Grow partner base via channel partner program with great eye for detail to formulate and complete effective lead generation and recommendations. Identify and recommend new strategic channel opportunities through ongoing market research.
+ **Business Insights &** **Recommendation:** Lead weekly/monthly/quarterlymeetings to strategize on top improvement opportunities. Joint working with channel partners to grow effective lead base and business share per channel partner.
+ **Product Partnerships** **:** DevelopBRD’s/Improvise systems, processes, and procedures in support of identification, engagement, and development of strategic and high value channel partnerships. Supervise training and documentation needs for channel partners to be successful with Target Plus. Help in Defining channel success metrics, evaluate channel performance and recommend improvements through key metric tracking and analysis.
+ **Partner Communications** :Communicate information about platform updates and enhancements to channel partners. Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve the experience for channel partnerships.
**About you:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent educational qualification.
+ 3-5years in vendor/partner mgmt., using digital applications or ecommerce experience preferred.
+ Strong analytic, and communication skills to build long-term internal and external relationships.
+ Sales operations experience is of high importance, including problem solving and project management skills.
+ Ability to build and maximize relationships with partners, both internal and external.
+ Strong strategic development skills and the ability to create implementation plan.
