If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.** **Analyst Commercial Cybersecurity** **COMMERCIAL CYBERSECURITY ANALYST – INDIANOLA, PA - MO7** **PURPOSE** The Commercial Cybersecurity Analyst will be a member of the Customer Response Squad and will be responsible for supporting the cybersecurity efforts within Bayer’s Radiology Services by interfacing with customers to support customer inquiries and calls and with the internal teams to assess our devices and vendor practices. This position will be required to conduct cybersecurity assessments, collaborate with stakeholders, provide customer support, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance. The Commercial Cybersecurity Analyst roles also requires as balance of understanding cybersecurity principles while supporting the subject matter experts in specific areas. **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Support pre- and post-sale cybersecurity and vendor assessments and product security questionnaires, ensuring they meet customer and industry standards. Maintain accurate record of Bayer’s past responses to customer cybersecurity assessments; + Serve as a customer-facing representative for the commercial cyber department, addressing inquiries and providing information during customer assessment processes, to include customer follow-up calls; + Maintain and update cybersecurity assessment reports, policies, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance; + Monitor and ensure that Bayer’s devices and services comply with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations; + Assist in identifying and evaluating potential cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities and support the development and deployment of mitigation strategies; + Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, service, and technical support, to ensure cybersecurity requirements are understood and me; + Offer training and support to junior team members and assist in their development; + Work closely and support other needs as identified by our Connectivity/Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert and our Commercial Sr. Analyst; assist in coverage as needed; + Keep up to date with regulatory guidelines, industry trends and emerging technologies related to cybersecurity. **WHO YOU ARE** Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following attributes: **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Associate degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field; + Strong understanding around various cyber standards - ISO, NIST, data privacy regulations applicable to region; + Ability to understand, articulate and solve cybersecurity issues independently; + Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders as well as strong customer relationship focus and skillset, with confidence to de-escalate customer concerns; + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with cybersecurity assessment tools and techniques; + Ability to prioritize workload effectively to ensure customer satisfaction; + Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues; + Hands-on mentality, self-motivation, team-player attitude, detail-orientation, and results-driven mindset. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline; + Demonstrated knowledge of Bayer’s Radiology business, or related experience in healthcare environment; + Experience with vendor, medical device, and SaaS cybersecurity assessments; + Technical knowledge of Healthcare IT infrastructure and security best practices and solutions. \#LI-USA \#LI-AMS **YOUR APPLICATION** Bayer offers a wide variety of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
