Analyst - Compliance Center of Excellence

Position Summary
CVS Health has an exciting opportunity as an Analyst for our rotational program in the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE). This role will rotate through one or more areas of the Compliance COE to support audit or reporting activities. The role with compliance monitoring and auditing will consist of supporting the team's monitoring and auditing plan of our Medicaid, Medicare, PBM Mail, Specialty Pharmacy, Omnicare, Coram, Healthspire and other lines of business. Support will consist of documenting risk topic walkthroughs and test plans with the compliance lead reviewer and business operations. During this rotation, the role will provide the opportunity to assess potential findings and collaborate with the compliance lead reviewer, compliance leadership , and business partners to develop practical solutions for remediation. The role with the Regulatory Reporting program will consist of supporting the State Reporting and/or APCD project activities to ensure timely submission of reports by required deadlines. As this position rotates to support different Compliance COE areas and business segments, this role will also build a strong network across teams and identify opportunities to standardize and modernize our processes.

Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience or college courses related to databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data OR 1+ year of experience or college courses related to compliance, auditing, regulatory reporting, quality assurance, or risk assessments OR 1+ years of experience or college courses related to healthcare, pharmacy benefit manager, pharmacy, or similarly regulated environment.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience or college courses related to databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data.

Ability to learn on-the-fly, be flexible, and solve complex problems with a collaborative and optimistic attitude.

Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing using language suitable to audience and within a timely manner according to policy and procedures.

Relevant certificates or licenses (CHC, Six Sigma, PMP) preferred

Prior experience with integrations and/or process improvement projects.

Demonstrated ability to innovate to create simplicity and drive efficiencies.

Demonstrated ability to manage through changes while maintaining accountability of current processes.


Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$40,600.00 - $89,300.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
