Job Description

O Analista de Control Audit & Monitoring terá como principais responsabilidades manter os controles em vigor, identificando e evitando quaisquer desvios que possam envolver o manuseio e administração dos ativos (pallets) CHEP.
 

Principais responsabilidades:

Revisar e validar o processo para execução do plano de auditorias.

Analisar toda a documentação recebida para fechar auditorias.

Monitorar o processo para fechar as auditorias no prazo.

Roteirização de rotas, e acompanhamento de provedores.

Atualização, criação e análise de KPI's.

Participar de reuniões para apresentação de resultados com cliente internos e externos.

Execução de auditorias: Revisão e validação de processos

Identificação de tendências que geram visitas de clientes.

Auditorias físicas e visitas nos clientes CHEP.

Experiência:

Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em auditorias, administração e/ou logística.

Graduação completa em Administração/Logística ou áreas correlatas

Ter uma carteira de motorista ativa

Conhecimentos:

SAP, BW,

Salesforce.

Conhecimento sobre processos de Auditoria e Finanças.

Idiomas:

Espanhol - básico

Desejável inglês intermediário

Bachelors - Business Administration/Management
