*Job Title* International Supply Chain Analyst * Reports to * Manager, Global Customers & Supply Chain Capabilities * Department * International Supply Chain * Job Location * Guadalajara * Summary* This position is responsible to effectively create and manage reporting for the Global Customer’s Team. Pulling supply chain, sales, forecasting, and other data from Hershey, distributors, and Customer systems. Analyzing data, creating reports, working with IS to create dashboards, using PowerBI and other software to create dashboards. Creating and maintaining share point sites used internally for reporting and trainings. Acting as Project Manager with in-country teams, cross functional partners and IS to automate manual reports. This role will work directly with in-country teams to align communication, and create action plans to support KPIs (sales, in stock, case fill, on time in full, day on hand). Supporting key customers with forecasting, incoterms, customer service, and other supply chain functions. This person will support and, at times, manage key projects and initiatives, acting as the project manager on supply chain capability projects that arise. Ensuring budget and time lines are met and end users implement the project as expected. This role has a global scope and may require travel (internationally) and, at times, working sessions outside of normal business hours. * Responsibilities:* / _Global Customers Reporting and Analytics_/ * Will pull data from Hershey, Distributors, and Customer systems, analyze the data, and build power point decks and compelling stories. * Will create reporting such as the Walmart & Sam’s Club KPIs monthly tracker to understand the business trends needed to deliver expected service levels across all Global Customers in the International markets. * Is responsible to share with Hershey leadership and cross functional teams weekly/monthly KPIs, reporting, action plans, etc. * Will work to automate reports, by working with cross functional teams to understand their requirements and working with IS to ensure prompt delivery of automated reporting and/or dashboards. * Will work to create dashboards as needed using PowerBI or other software. / _Support Key Customers Supply Chain Functions_/ * Will support supply chain functions and projects as they arise. * Will ensure incoterms are updated, and aligned with Hershey preferences, specifically related to Costco International. * Will work with key customers, and internal demand and supply planners to ensure forecast are aligned and execution dates are met. Monitoring key new items and promotional activities by working alongside in-country teams, innovation, demand and supply planning. * Will work with CPFR and customer service to ensure key customers are prioritized and KPIs are met (sales, in stock, case fill, on time in full, day on hand). / _Manage Key Supply Chain Initiatives and Projects_/ * Will act as a project manager on capability and/or IS projects. Working with cross functional partners to implement tools and execute IS strategies, while staying on time and in budget. Ensure teams are fully trained and implement tools. * Minimum knowledge and skills* / Specific Knowledge/ • Minimum 90% English • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and other software applications • Walmart, Sam’s Club, or Costco customer experience a plus • Experience with Walmart systems (retail link, luminate, NOVA, Madrid) is a plus / Skills/ • Results oriented – able to achieve objectives with little direct supervision • Strong problem-solving skills • Analytical & technical skills to understand the customer’s business and apply to set goals/objectives and drive consistent results • Ability to interact with a highly diverse group of people internally within the company as well as externally. • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills • Prior project leadership experience a plus * Education* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, or related field. * Experience* 1-3 years of experience working in Supply Chain or a related field, and experience in consumer product industry a plus.
