Working with JLL’s EMEA Hotels & Hospitality Capital Market team provides clients a single point of contact for support in: acquisition advice, asset management, financing, investment sales, M&A, operator selection and contract negotiation.

We are currently seeking an Analyst for our EMEA Hotels and Hospitality Capital Markets business line with a starting date as soon as possible. This is a permanent, full time position based in Warwick Street, London with EMEA travel as required.
Responsibilities include:
Participating in all parts of transaction processesAnalysing hotel operating performances and creating financial projections backed by robust market researchDeveloping financial models that can evaluate the effects of different strategic alternatives under varying capital structure scenariosPreparation of high-quality presentation materials for client pitches, investor information memoranda, and other transaction-related marketing documentsDue diligence collection, review and coordinationTaking an active role in the team’s Client Relationship Management activitiesWorking seamlessly with the wider EMEA team to deliver pan-EMEA portfolio transactions alongside UK transactionsRequirements:
Exceptional financial modelling, analytical and research skillsMeticulous attention to detailOutstanding English written and verbal communication skills; in addition a second European languageCollegial and team orientedCalm and focused under pressure and tight timelinesThrives in a fast-paced environment that requires ability to manage competing priorities and projectsUnderstanding of real estate fundamentals and pricing is not required but a strong interest in these areas is preferredHotels sector experience is not required but a strong interest in these areas is preferredAdvanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook required#LI-BW2
