Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:30 Friday 7:30-11:30, Overtime, describe requirements - As needed
Summary of Position
This job coordinates, posts, and reconciles accounts receivable transactions for Texas Campuses; prepare invoices as necessary, initiates collection on unpaid invoices, and records and deposits revenue.
Minimum Required Education
A high school diploma or GED required.
Minimum Required Experience
Four years work experience, three years must be experience in financial or bookkeeping OR two years financial or bookkeeping experience with certification or 30 college hours concentrating in Business Administration or Accounting OR
one year financial or bookkeeping experience with Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Ability to interact effectively with the public and with all levels of employees.
+ Demonstrated data-entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
+ Ability to proofread and verify data entry and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
+ Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.
+ Working knowledge of PC spreadsheet and word processing software.
+ Ability to operate 10-key calculator by touch
