We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and more. **Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:** + Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field of study. + Five (5) years’ experience defining key performance indicators and metrics. + Three (3) years’ experience collecting and reporting government performance data. + Advanced knowledge of and skill with performance management frameworks and methodologies. + Four (4) years’ experience in data analysis skills utilizing MS Excel 2010 (including pivot tables and formulas). + Four (4) years’ experience in presentation skills utilizing MS PowerPoint 2010. + Five (5) years’ experience facilitating large and small groups to gather requirements. + Three (3) years’ experience benchmarking complex government metrics or processes. + Five (5) years ‘experience applying analytical methodologies and principles. + Three (3) years of experience creating sophisticated performance data visualizations using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense). **Requirement:** + Secret Security clearance **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
