Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Analyst III, Digital Business in Houston, Texas. This role involves facilitating communication between technical and business teams, maintaining and updating project documentation, and providing advanced knowledge in formulating systems scope and objectives. Responsibilities: • Act as a liaison with business owners and technical staff, ensuring alignment on project goals. • Contribute to the formulation of system scopes and objectives in line with the organization's business plan. • Document user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications. • Collaborate with QA for test plans and user acceptance testing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain and update document repositories and project documentation library. • Lead project team to gain business user acceptance. • Work closely with stakeholders and decision makers to gather requirements and work with end-users. • Manage and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary. • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. • Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Salesforce Service Cloud Experience REQUIRED • Exhibit excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to all levels of the organization. • Have experience with Documentation and Reporting, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Understand and apply Design principles to create effective digital solutions. • Show a track record of Progress in previous roles, demonstrating growth and development in the digital business sector. • Act as a Liaison between various departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination. • Have a strong background in Digital technologies, including JavaScript, Data Analysis, and Agile Scrum methodologies. • Ability to effectively manage relationships with Stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. • Experience with Integration of various systems and technologies to provide seamless digital solutions. • Proficiency in HTML and Coding, with a strong understanding of CSS. • Knowledge of Design Concepts and how they apply to digital business solutions. • Experience in Business Analysis, including the development and implementation of effective business strategies. • Familiarity with Change Management processes and how they apply to the digital business environment. • Knowledge of various Libraries used in digital business solutions. • Experience Collaborating with teams to develop and implement digital solutions. • Strong Coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools. • Ability to develop a comprehensive Business Plan, identifying key objectives and strategies for success. • Having a Plus certification or similar would be an advantage.
