The IT-IS Business Application Analyst support Nissan Insurance operations and guarantee the IT service availability
Accountable for solving technical incident in production (RTB-AMS) from business applications as well as constant communication (bridge) with external providers for 3th level of support
This position reports to Jr Manager IT-IS Business Applications, active participation is key as part of the cross-functional project management team focused on business transformation.
Job Responsibilities.
To assure the proper incident management and service request execution that come from Nissan Insurance business.
To provide second level of support for Nissan Insurance IT-IS incidents.
To manage external providers to assure the proper quality of service and fulfill the operational SLA’s.
To contribute the improvement of IT-IS support by providing business consultancy
To apply business support best practices.
To execute incident’s root cause analysis, debug and process walk through to assure solutions.
To participate in business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives (Demand Management)
To be part of cross-functional teams as RTB-AMS specialist, mainly focus on innovation projects
To produce timely, detailed operational KPIs and reports.
To manage constant communication with Managers levels of a specified customer
To proactively align with business and technology partners to raise proactive initiatives, automation, digitalization and innovation that offer additional business value and/or solve business problems.
To ensure applications under span of control adhere to cyber security standards, technology standards, processes, and policies.
1. Job Knowledge and Skills:
Must have:
Effective Incident and Problem management
Effective Project management
Understanding of IS Insurance and Finances
Proficient in Microsoft Products, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint
Expert handling external providers
Nice to have:
Knowledge in Insurance, Financial or Automotive Industry.
Knowledge on Devops, procurement processes in a global company.
Itil and COBIT Certifications.
Experience with foreign interaction and processes.
Computer Skills: PowerPoint, PowerBI and Excel (Advanced)
Competencies:
Focus on results, customer orientation, negotiation and conflict management, effective communication, problem solving, teamwork, planning and organization, work under pressure.
Ability to articulate to Business and II-IS Managers.
2. Years of Experience:
2-3 years of experience with Areas related with IT-IS at Finance or Automotive Industry.
2-3 years of experience in Incident Management and Problem management process execution and KPI’s at Finance or Automotive Industry.
3. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineer or related discipline.
4. Specific Course/Certifications
ITIL and/or COBIT certifications desirable
