Delivers cost-effective services to maximize the organization's relationships with clients and their contribution to revenue and earnings. **What you will do** + Support various teams in the department by calculating reserves and generating cash flows. + Prepare and internally distribute exhibits consistent with various regulatory and accounting guidelines. + Prepare and provide support for recurring audits and experience studies. + Develop expertise on appropriate systems and supports efforts to ensure the efficiency and quality of system data, functionality, and controls. + Adhere to department compliance policies with regard to security and privacy of customer information, product disclosure, complaint resolution, and document retention and destruction. + Assist interested parties on key service events and opportunities. + Assist with management of client and sponsor relationships regarding account, product, service and procedural information. + Maintain necessary client and product information, service history on pension systems, and other designated media. **Required Qualifications** + 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). + 1+ year of work experience in a Finance or Analytical role **Preferred Qualifications** + Knowledge or experience working with pensions + Working knowledge of Access and SQL queries + Mathematical aptitude + Knowledge of financial and investment concepts + Comfortable working with various proprietary systems + Analytical and organizational skills **Education** + High School Diploma or GED required + Bachelor's Degree preferred **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.80 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
