**Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Analyst/Manager to join our team. This role involves contributing to sales operations activities and projects, coordinating and implementing new or enhanced operational processes and systems, and providing business insights through data analysis.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Manage month/quarter close by facilitating closed won opportunity reconciliation, creating and submitting Billing Notification Forms (BNF), following up on required paperwork, assisting in resolving rejected BNFs and working closely with Sales, Proposal & Contracting and Finance teams to recognize all possible revenue for the month/quarter.
+ Provide IQVIA CRM subject matter expertise and support to GTM team (Opportunity management best practices).
+ Contribute to sales operations activities/projects with other functions within Commercialization and other teams in the DPS organization.
+ Coordinate, document, and implement new and/or enhanced operational processes and systems.
+ Understand the data structure of IQVIA to maintain reporting accuracy.
+ Run ad-hoc analysis using SFDC, Hyperion, and other data sources to provide business insights.
+ Support CRM strategy and efficiencies that align with cross-departmental needs to enable accurate reporting & dashboards, forecasting, analytics, and business insights across the DPS organization.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in Commercial or Sales Operations, or Finance.
+ Expertise in MS Excel and Salesforce.
+ Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Power BI, and Oracle Hyperion is a plus.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English).
+ Hands-on person capable of working and collaborating within a global matrix organization (understanding cultural sensitivities and time zones preferred).
+ Highly **_organized_** , with multi-tasking skills, efficient in ambiguous situations, and proven ability to meet critical deadlines.
+ Experience working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision and a strong focus on **_quality_** .
+ Project participation experience is a plus.
+ Eagerness to flex with the needs of the business, prioritize as needed, and take on new challenges.
