Summary

The Analyst Marketing Operations is responsible for the content management of the visual merchandising software (including props, fixtures, marketing, and product) as well as product support for the mock store.

Responsibilities Collaborate with Merchants, Design Operations, and print vendor to obtain product files and complete pre-press to create paper and digital product for each floorset. Manage organization of images and upload files on servers for the visual merchandising software as well as the content organization within the software. Partner with Canada, International, and Space Planning on specifications they need included during the upload process. Manage the upload process of marketing to the visual merchandising software after the marketing files have been released for production. Partner with team to build store theme props based on samples. Partner with store design and visual merchandising software vendor to build and upload primary fixtures and props into the software. Be the main support partner for end users; Partner with the technology team and vendor to create service ticket requests on behalf of users. Manage the archive process within the visual merchandising software for any product, marketing, fixtures, or props that are no longer needed. Partner with Manager on seasonal budget related to all IWD and mock store activities. Support Senior traffic specialist with 2D marketing responsibilities including sign list creation and label file creation. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience 2-3 years of project coordination experience required Retail and/or marketing experience a plus Adobe Creative Cloud experience, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign SketchUp experience is a plus Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required Core Competencies Lead with Curiosity & Humility Build High Performing Teams for Today & Tomorrow Influence & Inspire with Vision & Purpose Observe, Engage & Connect Strive to Achieve Operational Excellence Deliver Business Results Benefits
