Basic Job Functions:
Lead and oversee physical inventory count activity, reconciliation, analysis/trouble shooting and holding cycle count results review meeting with cross functional teams (BOM, spare parts, operational supplies, indirect and FG) Prepares and validates cycle count report according to SOX requirement. Identify and recommend opportunities for inventory and cost/spending improvement to increase inventory accuracy and minimize cost. Lead and oversee scrap activities including approval workflow, system transaction and physical disposal from warehouse location. Responsible for resolving pending GR and NCP issues to ensure minimum ageing and impact on usable inventory and space. Collaborate within warehouse team to develop and maintain the Work Instruction (new or revised) Responsible to meet/fulfill metrics that accountable for Prepares and reconciles receipt activity per the Purchase Receiving Log (PRL) and validate the discrepancy. Inventory management for certain common warehouse parts and supplies.Education/Experience:
Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred HS diploma with equivalent Supply Chain experience required Minimum 4 years of inventory management experience Minimum 3 years of experience with ERP and warehouse management systemRequired Skills/Competencies:
Proven organizational and analytical skills. Proven exposure to maintenance administration. Knowledge of parts supply administration. Proven communications skills. Excellent understanding of computer applications (Word, Excel, Access, ERP systems, etc.).
