Position Summary
The successful candidate will gather initial data in support of research on various projects and may generate reports and ensure data quality.  Will also assist with the analysis and research of data gathered.

Fundamental Components

Work with senior analyst and management to support responsibilities associated with the completion of special projectsIdentify possible issues for resolution of enrollment tasks which could include the timely coordination and escalation of tickets to resolve problemsAssist in pulling samples related to CMS audits for the Enrollment department for both the preparation and analysisIdentify consistent and repetitive errors made by team members and other departments.Create coaching's and training plans to educate team members on these errorsConsistent attendance and participation at meetings and conference calls regarding enrollment information, data sharing and systemsAvailable for system testing and validations when enhancements or projects are assigned and responsible for escalating and resolving issues as appropriate.  Complete analysis and generation of reports as requested. Research and provide root cause analysis for OMT audits reportingAssist with maintenance and updates of process flows related to special projectsCreate/revise process mapping using Visio for team tasksFoster a collaborative relationship with business leaders and enrollment team to increase awareness of system enhancements, OMT audits and EDV audits by preparing documentation of analysis. Actively participate at conference calls by offering workarounds or suggestions for improvements to processes. Assist senior analyst with completion of workarounds and process improvements by working with the enrollment teams. 

 

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare systems and enrollment systems.Turning data into information.Providing solutions to customer needs.Leveraging technology.Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $85,068.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
