\nPartner Payment Specialist\nWhy We Have This Role
\nThe Partner Payment Specialist role is essential in managing the payment process for our partners and vendors within the Ecosystems organization. In close collaboration with finance, legal, sales, customer operations, and ecosystem teams, this role ensures timely and accurate payment reconciliation, invoice processing, and disbursement, while also engaging in ad-hoc projects for ongoing process improvements.

\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to gather and review payment-related information.\nRun queries, analyze data, and calculate/process partner payments using financial systems and software tools.\nManage and resolve payment discrepancies or issues and address inquiries from partners/vendors and internal stakeholders.\nGenerate and distribute regular payment reports to key stakeholders.\nConduct audits to ensure payment integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.\nSupport Finance Procurement in managing and creating partner purchase requisitions.\nStay informed about industry best practices and payment regulation changes.\n\nWhat We’re looking For On Your Resume
\n\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, or Information Systems.\nStrong knowledge of Sales organizations, quotas, and CRM platforms (i.e., Salesforce.com).\nProficient in navigating and utilizing Netsuite as an ERP software.\nExperience in managing multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in dynamic environments.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and automating tasks via macros.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to analyze large data sets; familiarity with Coupa is a plus.\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team
